Regular gatherings (whether in-person or online) with like-minded people is a necessary part of this transformational work. There are many ways to learn including books, podcasts and videos, but sharing time and life-experiences with others helps support us in our struggle in a different way. Other people on a journey of self-discovery, not only offer their vulnerability, they also help hold up a mirror so that each of us can see the fantasy self we can create.
Over 10 sessions we will explore our relationship with the shadow self that lives in each of us. As we unpack the dichotomy living in each enneagram space, we will reveal how our shadows are actually guides for growing our Soul Lives.
