In 2010, I was invited to an Enneagram workshop lead by David Walsh. I had no idea what I was getting myself into….

From the first teaching of the Enneagram…. I knew I had stumbled onto something I didn’t know I was searching for… It made an impact. I could feel that it would be a significant pivot point…. a way to truly examine yourself and unpack the patterns that have been life distracting and life draining. I was captivated by a way I could now understand myself, and to be fully present with other.

Over the years, I was able to continue my journey with many various workshops offered through Inscapes. Most of these under the the steady guidance of Dale Bially and Carol Dufault.

Through a deepening understanding of this ancient wisdom way, I completed the Prairie Jubilee program in 2016 which cultivated a more fully present way of listening and hearing, while journeying with other.

I continue learning alongside my fellow travellers in an archetype study group, this continues to integrate the work of the Enneagram, lead by Jane Powell.

Through life’s reflections of joys and challenges, the Enneagram continues to enrich my life by deeper understanding of myself so I am able to meet self and other, fully and compassionately in all ways that arise to accompany others on our journey together.
