“For anyone looking to understand the Instinctual Sub-types of the Enneagram.”

We like to think of ourselves as “highly evolved” organisms. We think we are incredibly intelligent, and therefore far superior to our planet mates from the animal kingdom. But are we really any different?

Learn about how our animal or instinctual fear can overtake us during normal times in times of stress. Do we have enough food and clean water? Are we connected enough to our loved ones?  Do we care enough for our friends, family and workmates and do they care for us?

Our survival instincts (also know as the Instinctual Sub-Types) keep us safe, but are we working with them or amping them up? Recognizing their affect on us is the first step. We can learn a new way to meet the world supported by our more enlightened aspects and our instinctual nature.

Over four 2-hour sessions we will learn how to slow down and tend to our instinctual reactions to life and find the gifts in each.
